Simple steps to reduce male breast

Clean up your diet. The first thing to do is get rid of all the junk food, fast food and high fat foods from your diet, including anything that is deep fried, highly processed, highly refined and high in saturated fat. Eat fruits, vegetables, whole grains and lean sources of protein, and drink plenty of water.
Avoid alcohol, Research has shown that heavy intake of alcohol throws off your hormonal balance and increases estrogen levels. Estrogen is a female hormone, and increased levels of this hormone in men promotes the growth of man boobs/male breasts.

Gynecomastia is an uncommon hormone imbalance in adult and adolescent males that causes mammary tissue to develop in a way that is similar to breast tissue found in women. In cases involving adults or older teens, it can be a sign of a serious underlying health condition such as cancer of the pituitary gland, adrenal gland(s), or testicles. In young teenagers, it is usually a temporary problem caused by the hormone changes associated with puberty.

Do some cardio. Perform aerobic exercise three to four times a week for 45 to 60 minutes. It can be jogging, biking, swimming, rowing, stair stepping or anything you find enjoyable.

Do pushups. Working the chest muscles builds your chest, flattens your chest and also burn some calories because muscle is metabolically active. Lie down on your stomach. Place your hands next to your shoulders with your elbows bent. Keep your body straight as you push your body up in the air until your arms lock out. Now slowly lower yourself until you're just above the ground and repeat.

Do bench presses. Lie on a workout bench with the bar on the safety rack. Place your hands about just past shoulder width apart. Lift the bar and extend your arms over your body above your chest. Slowly lower the bar until it is about an inch above your chest. Lift it back up and do a series of reps.

See a plastic surgeon. You can get surgery to remove the tissue in an outpatient procedure. If the tissue is fat, liposuction can be done. If the tissue is firm, it will have to be excised and removed.

Are you addicted to pornography? Pls read this

Pornography still generates more internet traffic than anything else online. And it can impact on more than just your download limits: Hollywood actor Charlie Sheen's ex-wife Denise Richards cited his 'habit' in divorce proceedings.

Yet porn is the convenience food to the haute cuisine of real sex. While that microwave burger is quick and cheap, it will ultimately leave you feeling dirty and not in a good way. Here's how to put smoked salmon back on your menu.

Common Mistakes with Menstrual pads

1. Not washing your hands clean before handling a new sanitary napkin. In the process of opening, flattening and putting on a sanitary napkin, the hands may bring many bacteria onto the sanitary napkin.

2. Keeping the sanitary napkins in the wash room. Most of the washrooms are dark and wet and bacteria growth can easily contaminate the sanitary napkins.

3. Not paying attention to the expiry date: In fact, the requirements for hygienic standard of sanitary napkin are very strict and the sanitary napkin is of poorer quality if it is closer to the expiry date.

4. Buying sanitary napkins on promotion: Generally, promotional or gift items are mostly slow moving goods which may have involved raw materials of poorer quality, less stringent test requirements, longer storage periods etc and thus their quality could not be assured.

5. Using products on trial: There are always new brands, new products, new materials and new concepts of sanitary napkins in the market and with aggressive promotion, con- sumers may be attracted into using them. For example, there is the popular sanitary nap- kin with dry net surface but many women with sensitive skin have complained of rashes and itchiness after use. Relying on reliable manufacturer, reliable shop, good reputation and one’s own experience is still the most basic principle of common sense in choosing appropriate sanitary napkins.

6. Using sanitary napkins with medication or fragrance: Most doctors would not recommend such products because the medication and fragrance may have undesirable effects on the body.

7. Using each sanitary napkin for a longer time: For women in Asia, the number of sanitary napkins used for each menstruation is apparently lower as compared with women in Europe and America. Saving money in this way at the expense of one’s own health is definitely not wise. It is best to change sanitary napkins every two hours.

8. Preferring to have high absorption: It is wrong to look for sanitary napkins with high absorption in the hope that sanitary napkins need not be changed frequently. This would lead to growth of more bacteria.
